TICKET + EVENT POLICY

 

FREE POP-UP + REGISTRATION

Five Film Fridays (on a Monday) NYC is a free community pop-up event presented by Create The Writers Room (CTWR). Registration is required for entry and does not guarantee admission if the event reaches capacity.

 

Donations are suggested but not required. Your attendance is free, regardless of whether you choose to make a donation. Donations help support Five Film Fridays and Create The Writers Room in continuing to create platforms, opportunities, and community for emerging filmmakers and storytellers.

There is no cost to attend. Registration is non-transferable and intended for the individual who registered. Admission is subject to venue capacity, event guidelines, and the discretion of CTWR and its event partners.

 

ALCOHOL

Alcohol may be served at the event. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required to verify age. Alcohol service is subject to event and venue policies.

 

PHOTO, AUDIO + VIDEO

Audio and visual recording will be in use throughout the event. By attending Five Film Fridays (on a Monday) NYC, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded.

By entering the event, you grant Create The Writers Room (CTWR), Five Film Fridays, and its partners the right to capture and use your image, likeness, voice, and/or appearance in photographs, video, audio, social media, promotional materials, press, and other media at their discretion, without additional notice or compensation.

 

ENTRY + EVENT CONDUCT

By registering for and/or attending Five Film Fridays (on a Monday) NYC, you agree to follow all event, venue, and safety policies. CTWR and its partners reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with event or venue guidelines.
